Ingredients:
- 200g of Leeks
- 1 Potato
- 75g of Parsley
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of Fresh cream
- 20g of Walnuts
- 400ml of Water
- Salt Pepper
Steps:
- Cut the leeks and the potato into small pieces. Brown them in a large pot with the oil.
- Pour in the water and let it all gently cook for about 15 minutes, then throw in the parsley, nuts and cream. Add salt and pepper. Enjoy!
Tip:
Nuts are rich in Melatonin, the sleep hormone.
