Leak and Nut Soup

For 2 people

Preparation time: 15 min

Cooking time: 25 min

Ingredients:

  • 200g of Leeks
  • 1 Potato
  • 75g of Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of Fresh cream
  • 20g of Walnuts
  • 400ml of Water
  • Salt Pepper

Steps:

  • Cut the leeks and the potato into small pieces. Brown them in a large pot with the oil.
  • Pour in the water and let it all gently cook for about 15 minutes, then throw in the parsley, nuts and cream. Add salt and pepper. Enjoy!

Tip:

Nuts are rich in Melatonin, the sleep hormone.
