Nectarine Tarts

  • 5 yellow nectarines
  • 200 g of whole flour
  • 250 ml of water
  • 50 g almond powder
  • 1 packet of baker’s yeast
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Steps :

  • Sift the flour.
  • Mix the yeast into the 250 ml of water and add the sifted flour and olive oil. Knead until you obtain a smooth dough. Roll the dough into a ball and let it stand for 45 min at room temperature.
  • Roll out the dough and put it into the molds.
  • Wash and cut the nectarines. Arrange them carefully on top of the tarts, then add the raspberries and a little sugar.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.


Whole flour is rich in fibre (more precisely, it’s the outer shell of the cereal grain that is rich in fibre). It benefits the heart and the intestinal tract. Whole flour is rich in vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.
