Açaï Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 150g of fresh raspberries (or 150g of frozen red berries)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 50 ml of Almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Acai powder (at Naturalia®)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of Coconut powder
  • 1 pinch of Hemp seeds

Steps:

  • Blend 3/4 of banana, acai powder, raspberries, chia seeds, almond milk, honey to form a ‘smoothie’ of Acai Bowl.
  • The cooler it is, the better! So it’s fine to take your fruit straight from the freezer and throw them in the blender.
  • Once thoroughly blended, pour the mixture in a bowl, garnishing it with the remaining sliced banana, kiwi, hemp seeds and coconut powder.
  • Enjoy!!
