Ingredients:
- 6 apricots
- 1 egg
- 200 g of semi-whole flour
- 80 g of semi-salted butter
- 20 g almond powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of turmeric
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Add the almond powder, the flour and an egg and mix until smooth dough is formed. Put in the fridge for 45 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Cut the apricots in 2 and remove the kernel
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, shape and place in a pie base. Arrange the apricots and sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric
- Bake for 45 minutes
