Apricot Tart

  • 6 apricots
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g of semi-whole flour
  • 80 g of semi-salted butter
  • 20 g almond powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of turmeric


  • In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Add the almond powder, the flour and an egg and mix until smooth dough is formed. Put in the fridge for 45 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
  • Cut the apricots in 2 and remove the kernel
  • Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, shape and place in a pie base. Arrange the apricots and sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric
  • Bake for 45 minutes
