Veal Escalope with Mushrooms

For 2 people

  • 2 Veal cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
  • 500g of Mushrooms
  • 1 crushed Shallot
  • 2 tbsp. of fresh cream
  • Salt, pepper

Steps :

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Sear the scallops in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. Put them aside for later.
  3. In the same pan, pour in the oil and sauté mushrooms and shallot. Add the cream and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Salt, pepper. Serve. Enjoy!
