Ingredients:
- 2 Veal cutlets
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
- 500g of Mushrooms
- 1 crushed Shallot
- 2 tbsp. of fresh cream
- Salt, pepper
Steps :
- Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Sear the scallops in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. Put them aside for later.
- In the same pan, pour in the oil and sauté mushrooms and shallot. Add the cream and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Salt, pepper. Serve. Enjoy!
