Ingredients:
- 400 g of Raspberries
- 80 g Chantilly cream
- 4 Egg whites
Steps :
- Whip the eggs into white peaks
- Combine the raspberries and the whipped cream then slowly incorporate the whites into the mix
- Pour into individual moulds and the put in the freezer for 4 hours
Tip:
Before serving, leave for 5 min at room temperature
