Frozen Raspberry Souffle

For 6 people

Preparation: 30 min


  • 400 g of Raspberries
  • 80 g Chantilly cream
  • 4 Egg whites

Steps :

  1. Whip the eggs into white peaks
  2. Combine the raspberries and the whipped cream then slowly incorporate the whites into the mix
  3. Pour into individual moulds and the put in the freezer for 4 hours


Before serving, leave for 5 min at room temperature
