Ingredients :
- 2 Bananas
- 150 ml of Almond Milk
- 8 Ice cubes
- 4 tablespoons of Bitter Cocoa05
For the decoration:
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of whole hazelnuts
- 1 handful of coconut chips
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp golden sesame seeds
Steps :
- Peel and cut the bananas and roughly crush the hazelnuts
- Place the slices of banana in the blender and add the milk, ice cubes and bitter cocoa
- Blend until smooth, keeping it reasonably thick
- Pour the mixture into two bowls. On top, place the banana slices, coconut chips, crushed hazelnuts, chocolate shavings and golden sesame seeds
Tip:
Smoothie bowls need to be eaten straight after preparation. Ideally, they should be regularly incorporated into a balanced diet.
