Banana and Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients :

  • 2 Bananas
  • 150 ml of Almond Milk
  • 8 Ice cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of Bitter Cocoa05

For the decoration:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of whole hazelnuts
  • 1 handful of coconut chips
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp golden sesame seeds

Steps :

  1. Peel and cut the bananas and roughly crush the hazelnuts
  2. Place the slices of banana in the blender and add the milk, ice cubes and bitter cocoa
  3. Blend until smooth, keeping it reasonably thick
  4. Pour the mixture into two bowls. On top, place the banana slices, coconut chips, crushed hazelnuts, chocolate shavings and golden sesame seeds

Tip:

Smoothie bowls need to be eaten straight after preparation. Ideally, they should be regularly incorporated into a balanced diet.
