Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 8 Carrots
- 7 Apricots
- 1 tbsp. of Turmeric
- 1 Centrifuge
- Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
- Wash the apricots and extract their stones.
- Put everything in the centrifuge. Add turmeric. Mix. Enjoy!
Carrots and apricots are great sources of vitamin C, a vitamin with antioxidant properties.
