Carrot, Apricot and Turmeric Juice

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 8 Carrots
  • 7 Apricots
  • 1 tbsp. of Turmeric
  • 1 Centrifuge

Steps :

  1. Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Wash the apricots and extract their stones.
  3. Put everything in the centrifuge. Add turmeric. Mix. Enjoy!

Tip:

Carrots and apricots are great sources of vitamin C, a vitamin with antioxidant properties.
