Strawberry Granita

Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 350g strawberries
  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • 80g of sugar
  • 1 Blender

Steps :

  1. Wash and cut the strawberries into pieces and then mix them with sugar and yoghurt.
  2. Pour everything into a dish. Place in the freezer at least 2 hours. Every half hour, take out the mix and scrape off the ice flakes with a fork.
  3. Serve in glasses. Enjoy06!


Strawberry contains a large number of antioxidant components, including vitamin C and flavonoids.
